Article 1 — Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• SKIN / we / us: BRTO CRYO BV, trading as SKIN, registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 86836390.
• Customer / you: any natural person or legal entity that purchases products or services from SKIN.
• Agreement: any agreement entered into between SKIN and the customer.
• Website: www.skin.nl and all related subdomains.

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries from SKIN, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. By placing an order or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 — Offers and prices

All offers are without obligation and valid while stocks last. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. SKIN reserves the right to change prices at any time. For products already ordered, the price at the time of ordering applies.

Article 4 — Orders and payment

Orders can be placed via the website. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. SKIN uses secure payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, Mollie) and does not store payment details.

Article 5 — Delivery

Products are shipped within 2–3 business days. Free shipping on orders from €50. Delivery times are indicative; SKIN cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers.

Article 6 — Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Products must be unused and in original sealed packaging. Return costs are at the customer's expense unless the product is defective.

Article 7 — Appointments and cancellation

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.

Article 8 — Liability

SKIN is liable only for direct damage resulting from an attributable shortcoming in the fulfilment of the agreement. SKIN's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order or treatment. SKIN is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or consequential loss.

Article 9 — Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@skin.nl within 14 days of the occurrence. SKIN will respond within 14 working days.

Article 10 — Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements with SKIN. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
